Subregulation 1
A bill of the fees charged by a licensee for an applicable service provided by the licensee must contain the fees (including any zero charge) for each of the following components:
(a)
base fee for the applicable service;
(b)
medication;
(c)
the use of any equipment, such as equipment for continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition while being conveyed by the licensee;
(d)
consumables;
(e)
additional charges, if any;
(f)
the total amount of the fees payable by the patient.

To avoid doubt, regulation 40(3) of the General Regulations does not apply to a bill of the fees charged by a licensee for an applicable service.
