Regulation 3
Application of Regulations
Subregulation 1
Unless otherwise expressly provided in these Regulations —
the provisions of these Regulations apply in addition to the provisions of the General Regulations; and
the provisions of these Regulations prevail if, and to the extent that, there is any inconsistency between these Regulations and the General Regulations insofar as the matter relates to a licensee.
Subregulation 2
To avoid doubt, these Regulations do not affect any requirement, duty or obligation that applies to or in relation to an emergency ambulance or a medical transport, or the operation or use of an emergency ambulance or a medical transport, under the Road Traffic Act 1961 or any other written law.
