Regulation 13

Minimum staffing requirements

For the purposes of providing an assisted reproduction service, a licensee must employ or engage —

(a)

at least one qualified assisted reproduction practitioner; and

(b)

at least 2 persons to carry out embryology procedures, one of whom must be the chief embryologist.
