Regulation 40
Confidentiality of donor’s identity
A licensee must not disclose to any person the identity of a donor of a reproductive cell or an embryo, except —
(a)
as required by or under any written law;
(b)
as authorised or required by an order of court; or
(c)
with the consent of the donor or the donor’s legal representative.
