Updating of notice particulars

Regulation 5
Subregulation 1
A class licensee must give notice to the LTA of any change in any particulars contained in a notice earlier given under this paragraph or paragraph 4.
Subregulation 2
A notice of a change in particulars required by sub‑paragraph (1) must be given to the LTA no later than 14 days after the change occurs.
