Manner of cancelling import approval
For the purposes of section 7(1) of the Act, the Authority may, without giving any opportunity to be heard, cancel an import approval by giving written notice to the holder of the import approval —
(a)
stating that the Authority cancels the import approval and the date the cancellation takes effect; and
(b)
specifying each ground for the cancellation.
