Regulation 24

Application of section 515

Subregulation 1

This regulation applies to an authorial work first published —

(a)

in a reciprocating country; and

(b)

before 10 April 1987.

Subregulation 2

In applying section 515(2) to the work, the 1911 Act is taken to apply to an authorial work first published in a reciprocating country in the same way as that Act applies to an authorial work first published in Singapore.
