Arrangement of retained declarations
Subregulation 1
The declarations retained under the provisions of this Division must be arranged in order of the time at which each declaration is made.
Subregulation 2
The following persons are responsible for ensuring that paragraph (1) is complied with:
(a)
the custodian of the public collection;
(b)
the administrator of the public collection.
