What is equivalent protection of a copyright work

For the purposes of this Part, the law of a country (other than Singapore) confers equivalent protection on a copyright work if —

(a)

the law confers on a person the exclusive right to do, in that country, one or more acts in relation to the work; and

(b)

those acts are comprised in the copyright in the work under the Act.
