Definitions of this Division
In this Division —“designated representative”, in relation to a NSP, means the designated representative of the NSP whose name is published under regulation 76(2);“electronic copy”, “NCP”, “NSP”, “primary network”, and “rights owner” have the meanings given by section 313.
