Regulation 3
Seal
Subregulation 1
The Tribunals are to have a seal of a nature and pattern that the president approves.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of these Regulations, a document is sealed if the seal of the Tribunals or an image of that seal is affixed to the document —
(a)
by hand, electronic means or any other means; and
(b)
by or with the authority of the secretary.
Subregulation 3
For the purposes of these Regulations, a document bearing the seal of the Tribunals or an image of that seal is presumed to be sealed in accordance with paragraph (2) unless the contrary is proved.
Subregulation 4
All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the seal of the Tribunals.
