Regulation 60

Section 199 — revocation of suspension order

Subregulation 1

An application to a Tribunal under section 199(5) by a body administering an educational institution must —

(a)

identify the order under section 199(1) to which the application relates;

(b)

annex a certified copy of that order;

(c)

set out details of the steps taken since the making of the order by the body making the application to ensure that no further contravention of any record keeping offence will be committed;

(d)

request a Tribunal to revoke the order to which the application relates; and

(e)

be in the specified form.

Subregulation 2

The parties to the application are —

(a)

the Attorney‑General; and

(b)

the body administering the educational institution.

Subregulation 3

In this regulation, “record keeping offence” has the meaning given by section 199(6).
