Regulation 10
Class licensed school operator — disposal
Every operator of any school mentioned in paragraph 8(2) is subject to a class licence authorising the operator to dispose of any explosive precursor the person has acquired and possessed or stored under this Order if the explosive precursor is no longer required for any permitted purpose.
