Regulation 9

Duty to have specified EV chargers periodically inspected

The specified person must ensure that every specified EV charger to be deployed —

(a)

is inspected and certified by a prescribed competent person at the following frequency:

(i)

after the end of 6 months starting on the start date of the specified period;

(ii)

thereafter, at intervals of at least 6 months starting on the date of the last certification; and

(b)

is inspected annually by a licensed electrical worker.
