Duty to disconnect and shut down specified EV charger on end of approved trial

Upon the cancellation of the authorisation granted to the specified person under rule 8 or 9 of the Electric Vehicles Charging (Trials and Special Uses) (General) Rules 2023, the specified person must, within 30 calendar days after the date on which the cancellation takes effect —

(a)

disconnect the specified EV charger from the electricity grid; and

(b)

shut down the specified EV charger.
