Regulation 8
Cancellation of authorisation on application by specified person
Subregulation 1
The LTA may, on the application of a specified person, cancel (in whole or in part) any authorisation granted to the specified person for an approved trial or approved special use before the date that the authorisation ends.
Subregulation 2
The LTA may require the specified person to provide to the LTA any information and documents that the LTA considers necessary to determine the application for cancellation.
Subregulation 3
The LTA must give written notice to the specified person of the date on which the cancellation takes effect.
