Exemption from moratorium provisions of Act
Sections 68(2), 76(13) and 79(13) of the Act do not apply to a market infrastructure or the operator of a designated system, when enforcing any security held by it in accordance with the margin rules or default arrangements of the market infrastructure or designated system.
