Compoundable offences

Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 37 of the Act:

(a)

an offence under section 27(1) or (2), 28(1) or (2) or 29(1), (3) or (4) of the Act;

(b)

an offence under section 30(1) or 34 of the Act.
