Prescribed law enforcement agencies

Each of the following is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 48(2) of the Act:

(a)

Singapore Police Force;

(b)

Central Narcotics Bureau;

(c)

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;

(d)

Internal Security Department;

(e)

Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore;

(f)

Health Sciences Authority.
