Clause 4

Section 2 of the Interpretation Act [Cap. 1] is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) In every written law enacted before or after the commencement of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 1995 and the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 1995, references to the Rules of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court Rules, the Rules of the Subordinate Courts or the Subordinate Courts Rules, shall be construed as references to the Rules of Court.”.
