Amendment of section 68
Section 68 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) No judicial officer, officer of a subordinate court or court-appointed mediator shall be liable to be sued for an act done by him for the purposes of any mediation or other alternative dispute resolution process conducted by him in a subordinate court, if the act —
(a)
was done in good faith; and
(b)
did not involve any fraud or wilful misconduct on his part.”.
