Clause 3

The subordinate courts

There shall be within Singapore the following subordinate courts with such jurisdiction as is conferred by this Act —

(a)

District Courts;

(b)

Magistrates’ Courts;

(c)

Juvenile Courts;

(d)

Coroners’ Courts.
