Clause 2

A further sum of Dollars thirty million, five hundred and ninety-four thousand is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for certain public services for the financial year 1st April, 1970, to 31st March, 1971, to be appropriated according to the Schedule to this Act.
