Clause 2

A further sum of dollars twenty-two million, sixty-eight thousand and four hundred is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for certain public services for the financial year 1st April, 1974 to 31st March, 1975 to be appropriated according to the Schedule to this Act.
