Clause 2

A further sum of Dollars eighty-eight thousand, seven hundred and twenty is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for certain public services for the financial year 1st April, 1975, to 31st March, 1976, to be appropriated according to the Schedule to this Act.
