New section 32A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 32, the following section:“PART IVACIVIL JURISDICTION OF COURT OF APPEALApplication of this Part32A. This Part relates to the Court of Appeal in the exercise of its civil jurisdiction.”.
