Clause 28
Consequential and related amendments to other Acts
(1)
The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended in the manner set out opposite in the second column.
(2)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, make amendments to any Act that are related to or consequential on the enactment of this Act, including amendments to any reference to the High Court, the Court of Appeal or the judges of those Courts.
(3)
An order under subsection (2) —
(a)
may be made at any time within the period of 2 years after the date of commencement of this section; and
(b)
must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
