Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following new subsection: —“(2) The termination of appointment, dismissal and disciplinary control of all officers and servants of the Authority shall be vested in the Authority.”; and
(b)
by renumbering subsections (2) and (3) thereof as subsections (3) and (4) respectively.
