New section 6A
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 6, the following section:“Penalty6A. Any person who is guilty of an offence under section 3, 4, 5 or 6 shall be liable on conviction —
(a)
in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $500,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or to both; or
(b)
in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $1 million.”.
