Clause 14

Any person on whom an order issued under section 11(1)(b) is served under section 11(4) who, while the order is in force, contravenes the order shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
