Abdul Rashid Bin Anwarul (NRIC No. S7140755A) and Aliza Binte Abas (NRIC No. S7311235D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 776, Woodlands Crescent, #14-58, Singapore 730776, subject to the condition that the proceeds from the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the notice of exemption issued to Abdul Rashid Bin Anwarul and Aliza Binte Abas dated 15th July 2013.

Aliza Binte Abas is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
