Subregulation 1
Mohamad Anuar Bin Margono (NRIC No. S7005368C) and Zalinah Binti Hamid (NRIC No. S1495123G) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the withdrawal of the sum of $472.70 from the medisave account of Mohamad Anuar Bin Margono in the Central Provident Fund.
Subregulation 2
The exemption is subject to the sum withdrawn being utilised for the payment of medical expenses incurred by Zalinah Binti Hamid at the Tan Tock Seng Hospital on 12th December 2006.
