Mohd Shafiee Bin Osman (NRIC No. S1606623J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the transfer of the motor cycle bearing registration number FM 3297B belonging to Mohd Shafiee Bin Osman to Idris Bin Hamzah (NRIC No. S0131513G).
