In the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products and Imitation Tobacco Products) (Exemption) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 70/2018) (called in this Order the principal Order), in paragraph 1, replace “Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale)” with “Tobacco and Vaporisers Control”.
