Amendment of section 5

Subsection (1) of section 5 of the Tourist Promotion Board Ordinance, 1963, is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (f) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(f)five other members to be appointed by the Minister.”.

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the Tourist Promotion Board Ordinance, 1963, is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of paragraph (k) thereof;

(b)

by inserting immediately after paragraph (k) thereof the following new paragraph: —“(l)subject to the approval of the Minister, to make rules for the establishment of a scheme or schemes for the payment of pensions, gratuities, provident fund or other superannuation benefits to such employees or classes of employees of the Board, as it may determine, on their death or retirement from the service of the Board or on their otherwise leaving the service of the Board; and”; and

(c)

by relettering paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (m).
