Clause 12
(1)
The Minister may, if he thinks fit, remit the whole or any part of the cess paid under this Ordinance.
(2)
The Minister may, if he thinks fit, and upon such conditions as he may impose, exempt any tourist hotel or class of tourist hotels from any cess payable under this Ordinance.
