Regulation 2
Compoundable offences
The following offences are prescribed as compoundable offences that may be compounded in accordance with section 72(1) of the Act:
(a)
any offence for a breach of or default in complying with any of the by‑laws under the Town Councils (Model By‑laws) Rules 2026 (G.N. No. S 327/2026), or for being knowingly a party to the breach or default, punishable under section 28(9) of the Act;
(b)
any offence for a breach of by‑law 4 of the Town Council for Punggol (Common Property — Additional) By‑Laws 2026 (G.N. No. S 328/2026), punishable under section 28(9) of the Act.
