of Town Council of Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws 2025

Regulation 5

Application of payment

The Town Council may, in its discretion, apply any moneys paid by any tenant, owner or licensee under these By‑laws —

(a)

first towards the payment of any penalty payable under these By‑laws; and

(b)

thereafter (if any balance remains) towards the payment of any charge or fee that is in arrears.
