Regulation 21
Coordination between TSIB and Singapore Armed Forces
To avoid doubt, and without limiting section 16(4) of the Act, the discipline or internal administration of the Singapore Armed Forces are not directly relevant in an investigation into any aviation occurrence involving military aircraft for identifying of factors —
(a)
that contribute, or have contributed, to those aviation occurrences; or
(b)
that improve or affect, or might improve or affect, transport safety.
