Regulation 2
Authorised unit trust schemes
The following funds are hereby declared as authorised unit trust schemes for the purposes of the Act:
(a)
DBS Momentum Capital Protected Fund (S$); and
(b)
DBS Momentum Capital Protected Fund (US$).
