Regulation 2
Authorised unit trust schemes
The following funds are hereby declared as authorised unit trust schemes for the purposes of the Act:
(a)
DBS Absolute Return Fund (Guaranteed); and
(b)
DBS Absolute Return Fund (Non-Guaranteed).
