Regulation 2
The following funds are hereby declared as authorised unit trust schemes for the purposes of the Act:(1) Henderson Global Equity Fund;(2) Henderson Global Bond Fund; and
(3)
Henderson Global Balanced Fund.

Subregulation 2
Henderson Global Bond Fund; and
Subregulation 3
