Clause 85

If any trustee fails to comply or to take all reasonable steps to secure compliance with any provision of this Part of this Act which requires the lodging or filing with the Public Trustee of any return, account or other documents or the giving of notice to him of any matter, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, and to a penalty not exceeding fifty dollars for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
