Regulation 10
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 7 —
(a)
in the regulation heading, before “lodging”, insert “filing or”;
(b)
before “lodged with”, insert “filed or”;
(c)
before “the Registrar”, insert “the Official Receiver or”;
(d)
before “lodged is”, insert “filed or”; and
(e)
before “lodged within”, insert “filed or”.
