Regulation 2

Sections 17(b) to (i), 18 to 21, 25, 29, 30, 32 to 35, 40, 43 to 48, 50 to 53, 55 to 62, 63(b) and (e), 64(1) and (2)(a) and (d), 65(2) to (8) and (9)(d) and (e) and 66(1), (2) and (3) of the Variable Capital Companies (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 April 2026.
