Clause 59
Section 163 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Appeals against act or decision of Registrar or Official Receiver163.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2) and section 5, section 409C of the Companies Act applies in relation to an act or a decision of the Registrar or the Official Receiver as it applies in relation to an act or a decision of the Registrar of Companies.
(2)
The reference to the Companies Act in section 409C(1) and (3) of the Companies Act is to this Act (including a provision of the Companies Act or the IRDA applied by this Act).”.
