All the properties, assets and liabilities which by virtue of section 5(1) of the Local Government Integration Act [Cap. 166], are deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Government shall from 11th November 1965 be deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Minister for Finance without further assurance.
