Exemption from section 20(3) of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act

To such extent as may be provided by any agreement or arrangement for the time being in force, being an agreement by or on behalf of the Government of Singapore and the government of the country to which a visiting force belongs, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed by any such agreement or arrangement, letters or postcards conveyed, received, collected, sent, despatched, delivered or distributed by means of post and post offices of that force shall be exempted from section 20(3) of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act [Cap. 323].
