Clause 25

If after the expiration of three months from the date of the coming into operation of this Part any person conducts a vocational training institution which is not registered or exempted from registration under this Part he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
