Accidents happening in relation to training provided or approved by the Board
(1)
In relation to accidents happening to workmen (within the meaning of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Cap. 130)) who attend courses or avail themselves of the facilities provided or approved by the Board, that Act shall have effect subject to the following modification.

For the purposes of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, any act done by a workman for the purposes of and in connection with his training shall, if it is not done for the purposes of and in connection with his employer’s trade or business, be deemed to be so done.
